卫生部决定自2006年9月30日起,一律停止有偿机采血小板,以进一步推动我国无偿献血工作,充分有效利用宝贵的血液资源。据悉,从2005年3月以来,部分省市已完全取消了有偿机器采集血小板,通过自愿无偿成分献血和对全血开展手工分离制备血小板,满足了临床对血小板的需求,取得了较好的效果。一、各级卫生行政部门要加强对采供血机构的管理和监督,真正落实采供血机构停止有偿机采血小板的规定;并动员各级各类医疗机构配合做好此项工
Since September 30, 2006, the Ministry of Health has decided to stop paying compensated platelets to further promote the voluntary blood donation work in our country and make full and effective use of precious blood resources. It is reported that since March 2005, some provinces and cities have completely abolished the collection of platelets by the paid machines, blood donation by voluntary free ingredients and manual isolation of whole blood to prepare platelets to meet the clinical demand for platelets, and achieved good results . 1. The health administrative departments at all levels should step up the management and supervision over blood collection and supply agencies and really implement the provisions on the collection and supply of blood and blood donors to stop paying for collected platelets; and mobilize all kinds of medical institutions at all levels to cooperate with this project
