孤立性中叶肺不张亦称中叶综合征,是一个临床 X 线综合症。资料表明,恶性肿瘤是中叶肺不张的主要原因之一,极应引起高度重视,避免误诊。本文收集63～73年间孤立性中叶肺不张135例,均有典型 X 线征象。16例完全无临床症状,中叶肺不张是偶然发现的。其余患者均有不同程度的咳嗽、咳痰、咯血、发热或胸痛等症状。121例做了支气管镜检查,63例做了支气管造影。恶性肿瘤58例,结核3例,其余74例为非特异性感染引起。Brock 等证实结核性中叶肺不张是由于支气管旁
Solitary middle atelectasis also known as middle leaf syndrome, is a clinical X-ray syndrome. Data show that malignant tumor is one of the main reasons for atelectasis in the middle, it should be highly valued, to avoid misdiagnosis. This collection of 63 to 73 years of solitary atria 135 cases of atelectasis, have typical X-ray signs. 16 cases of complete absence of clinical symptoms, middle atelectasis was discovered by chance.
