从十多年前解放军边防战士发出“理解万岁”的呼声,到现在把“理解人”概括为思想政治工作基本原则的重要内容,这不是偶然的现象。它反映了社会主义条件下人与人之间真诚平等、团结友爱的新型关系的客观要求,体现了以沟通思想、化解矛盾、提高觉悟,调动人们的积极性为主要任务的思想政治工作的基本要求。人们需要“理解人”的思想政治工作,“理解人”的思想政治工作需要我们认真探索。
It is not an accidental phenomenon that from the “long live understanding” proclaimed by the border war fighters of the People’s Liberation Army more than a decade ago to the important content of “understanding people” now summarized as the basic principle of ideological and political work. It reflects the objective requirement of a new type of relationship of genuine equality and unity and fraternity among people under socialism. It reflects the basic requirements of ideological and political work with the main task of communicating thoughts, resolving contradictions, raising awareness, and mobilizing people’s enthusiasm . People need the ideological and political work of “understanding people,” and the ideological and political work of “understanding people” needs our earnest exploration.
