随着市场经济的发展,我国私营经济进入了一个新的发展阶段。但私营建筑经济由于受到传统计划经济观念、建筑业产业和产品特点、国有建筑企业产权制度改革滞后等因素影响,其发展速度、经济规模和市场环境与私营工商企业相比,存在明显差距,严重阻碍了建筑业生产力的发展。本文首先肯定了大力发展私营建筑经济是发展社会主义市场经济的宏观要求,接着分析了大力发展私营建筑经济的主要障碍、政策措施及发展趋势。
With the development of market economy, China's private economy has entered a new stage of development. However, due to the influence of traditional planned economy, construction industry and product characteristics, and the lag of reform of state-owned construction enterprises' property rights system, the private construction economy has obvious disparity in development speed, economic scale and market environment compared with private industrial and commercial enterprises. Hinder the development of productive forces in the construction industry. This paper first affirms that the vigorous development of the private construction economy is a macro-requirement for the development of a socialist market economy, and then analyzes the major obstacles, policies and measures and development trends for the vigorous development of the private construction economy.
