全人教育理念是人类智慧的结晶,是未来教育发展的方向。台湾地区的全人教育理念贯彻到高等教育的方方面面并取得的一定的成绩。全人教育要求教师一要具有开放的全人教育观,二要具有扎实的教学能力,三要具备广博的知识储备。要实施全人教育,实现全人教育的目标,关键是教师角色的转变,一是从知识的传授者转变为知识建构的引导者,二是从教学的控制者转变为教学活动的组织者,三是从评价标准的制定者转变为建设性的批判者。
The concept of holistic education is the crystallization of human wisdom and the future direction of education. The concept of holistic education in Taiwan has been applied to all aspects of higher education and has achieved some success. Whole-person education requires teachers to have an open outlook on holistic education, the second to have a solid teaching ability, and the third to have a broad knowledge base. The key to realizing the goal of holistic education and realizing holistic education lies in the change of teachers’ roles. The first is to change from the imparting of knowledge to the guiding of knowledge construction. The second is to change from the controller of teaching to the organizer of teaching activities, The third is from the maker of the evaluation criteria to a constructive critic.
