每日给兔灌服炎痛喜康普通片及缓释片（20mg），持续7d，剖取胃和十二指的观察并镜检，判定胃、肠粘膜充血、溃疡、变性、坏死的程度。结果显示缓释片的刺激作用明显比普通片小。
The rabbits were drenched with YKK tablets and sustained-release tablets (20 mg) daily for 7 days. The stomach and duodenum were dissected and microscopic examination was performed to determine the degree of gastric mucosal congestion, ulcer, degeneration and necrosis . The results showed that the release of sustained-release tablets significantly smaller than ordinary tablets.
