本文提出了提高高强度弹簧钢带性能、尺寸稳定性的热处理方法,分析了影响因素。通过由热轧钢带到成品冷带之间各轧程变形量分配和中间退火质量的控制,可获得颗粒度小于1um的碳化物和较好的分散度。研制的“加工硬化-回火”法是目前高强度钢带的新型生产方法,其强化效果与冷轧时渗碳体片的特征有关。此方法对提高生产率、节能、改善操作条件和减少环境污染等方面也具有重要意义。
This paper presents a heat treatment method to improve the performance and dimensional stability of high strength spring steel strip, and analyzes the influencing factors. Through the control of the deformation distribution and the quality of the intermediate annealing between the hot strip and the cold strip, the carbide with particle size less than 1um and the better dispersion can be obtained. Developed “work hardening - tempering ” method is the current high-strength steel strip of new production methods, the strengthening effect and cold-rolled cementite sheet characteristics. This method is also of great importance to improve productivity, save energy, improve operating conditions and reduce environmental pollution.
