目的研究并探讨人性化护理应用于急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后的效果。方法选取2012年1月~2016年6月在我院收治经皮冠状动脉介入术急性心肌梗死患者100例,根据护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组接受人性化护理;对照组接受常规护理。对观察组和对照组患者的焦虑评分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果和护理前相比,护理后观察组患者的焦虑评分更低,且比对照组患者护理后的焦虑评分低,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。和对照组相比,观察组患者的护理满意度更高,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对经皮冠状动脉介入术后急性心肌梗死患者实施人性化护理干预,有助于改善患者的心理状态,提高他们对护理服务的满意度,值得应用和推广。
Objective To study and discuss the effect of humanized nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods. The observation group received humanized nursing; the control group received routine nursing. The anxiety scores and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group and control group were compared. Results Compared with those before treatment, anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and were lower than those in the control group after nursing (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction with nursing care, with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Humanized nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention can help to improve the psychological status of patients and improve their satisfaction with nursing services, which is worthy of application and promotion.
