利用混合溶剂法 ,直接用对羟基苯甲醛与吡咯反应合成了meso 5 ,1 0 ,1 5 ,2 0 四 (对羟基苯基 )卟啉 ,探讨了混合溶剂的配比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对反应的影响 ,其最佳工艺条件为 :混合溶剂配比 (VV)丙酸 :乙酸 :硝基苯 =2∶2∶1 ;在 1 30~ 1 40℃ ,反应时间 60min ;产率达到 39.68% .利用室温固相合成法合成了标题卟啉化合物与Fe2 +,Fe3+,Co2 +,Ni2 +,Mn2 +,Cu2 +等金属离子形成的配合物 ,产率为 87.0 2 %~ 89.64% .利用元素分析 ,UV Vis,IR ,1 HNMR ,对卟啉化合物及其配合物进行了表征 ,利用TG DTA研究了它们的热稳定性 .利用ESR研究了它们的顺磁性
The meso 5, 1 0, 1 5, 20 tetrakis (p-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin was synthesized by the direct reaction of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde with pyrrole.
