目的了解高职护理专业学生的沟通知识与沟通技能水平及影响因素,分析其影响因素,进而提出提高护生人际沟通能力的对策。方法采用一般资料问卷、人际沟通知识量表和人际沟通技能量表,对随机抽取的436名高职护生进行问卷调查。结果护生沟通知识水平较低(t=14.13),护生人际沟通技能水平较高(t=23.46)。影响护生人际沟通知识的因素主要有:性别、性格因素;影响护生人际沟通技能的因素主要有:性别、生源地、专业课程成绩、专业认同度、性格。结论一般资料中不同特征护生人际沟通知识和沟通技能水平有差异,可根据实际情况对护生进行培养。护生沟通知识相对缺乏,沟通技能水平较高,在护理教学中应该注重普及沟通知识,利用各种教学平台,增加学生沟通实践机会,提高学生沟通水平,促进护生专业发展。
Objective To understand the level and influencing factors of communication knowledge and communication skills of nursing students in higher vocational schools and to analyze the influencing factors, and to put forward some countermeasures to improve their interpersonal communication skills. Methods Questionnaire, interpersonal communication scale and interpersonal communication skill scale were used to survey 436 college nursing students randomly selected. Results The level of knowledge of nursing students was lower (t = 14.13), and the level of interpersonal communication skills of nursing students was higher (t = 23.46). The main factors influencing the interpersonal communication knowledge of nursing students are: gender and personality factors; the factors affecting the interpersonal communication skills of nursing students are mainly gender, origin, specialty course grade, professional identity and personality. Conclusion There are differences in the level of interpersonal communication knowledge and communication skills between different characteristics of nursing students in general information. Nursing students can be nurtured according to the actual situation. Nursing students relative lack of communication skills, communication skills are higher, nursing teaching should focus on universal communication knowledge, use of various teaching platforms, increase students ’opportunities for communication practice, improve students’ communication skills and promote nursing professional development.
