西安市红十字会医院韩荣升任院长5年来,带领职工奋力开拓,大胆改革,使原来规模小,底子薄、基础差的红十字会医院发生了显著的变化,实现了病床数量、固定资产、业务收入和个人所得四个方面翻番,获得了省、市端正党风先进单位,省、市卫生改革先进单位,省、市文明医院及全国卫生文明先进集体4项荣誉。
