据海外媒体报道,两位美国分析家预测,石油价格不久将会下降,并且在可以预见的将来维持低价,因而对全球经济,尤其是对依赖石油维持经济的产油国造成深远影响。莱斯大学贝克公共政策研究所资深能源分析家贾菲和外交关系协会亚洲研究主任曼宁日前撰文指出,未来原油市场将出现供过于求的情况。
According to overseas media reports, the two U.S. analysts predict that oil prices will soon decline and remain low for the foreseeable future, thus having a profound impact on the global economy, especially on the oil-producing countries that rely on oil for their economy. Manley, a senior energy analyst at Baker’s Institute of Public Policy and a director of Asian Studies at the Foreign Relations Association, wrote a few days ago that there will be oversupply in the future crude oil market.
