目的探讨手足口病患儿的体温高低与心肌酶(TNI或CK-MB)的改变是否有正相关性。方法将我院2009年3月至2010年3月收治的432例手足口病患儿(依据卫生部《手足口病诊疗指南(2008年版)》),入院后予监测体温,将T<38.5℃为参照组,T≥38.5℃为实验组,进行心肌酶谱及TNI的监测,通过卡方检验了解心肌酶(TNI、CK-MB)的改变与体温变化有无相关性。结果入院患儿T≥38.5℃有188例(男92例,女96例),其中CK-MB或TNI升高的有14例,正常174例,升高机率7.4%;T<38.5℃有244例(男123例,女121例),其中CK-MB或TNI升高的有23例,正常有221例。升高机率9.4%。结论通过卡方检验a=0.05,P>0.05,差异无明显统计学意义。
Objective To investigate whether there is a positive correlation between body temperature and myocardial enzymes (TNI or CK-MB) in children with HFMD. Methods A total of 432 HFMD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 were admitted to the hospital for monitoring of body temperature (T <38.5 ℃) according to the Ministry of Health’s Handbook of Foot and Mouth Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2008 Edition) As reference group, T≥38.5 ℃ as experimental group, myocardial enzymes and TNI were monitored. Chi-square test was used to find out whether the changes of myocardial enzymes (TNI, CK-MB) correlated with body temperature. Results There were 188 cases (92 males and 96 females) with T≥38.5 ℃, of which 14 cases were elevated CK-MB or TNI, 174 cases were normal, with a 7.4% chance of being elevated; T <38.5 ℃ was 244 Cases (123 males and 121 females), of which CK-MB or TNI increased in 23 cases, the normal 221 cases. Rise 9.4%. Conclusion by chi-square test a = 0.05, P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.
