[目的]了解北京海淀区大学生心理健康状况与分布特点。[方法]采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,调查了文、理、工、经济、管理、医学、教育等专业82个班级2268人,研究对象自填《心理健康调查表》和《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》,用SPSS13.0统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]SCL-90评分结果显示,北京海淀区大学生心理健康水平略高于全国大学生平均水平,但低于全国一般水平;文科专业学生与其他专业学生相比,独生子女相对非独生子女相比,均为前者的心理健康问题多于后者;人际沟通障碍,情感问题与学习压力大是影响学生心理健康的主要因素。[结论]应高度重视大学生的人际沟通能力与应对外界压力的能力的培养,与其他学科学生相比文科专业学生与独生子女的心理健康问题较为突出,需采取针对性的干预措施。
[Objective] To understand the mental health and distribution characteristics of college students in Haidian District, Beijing. [Methods] With multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method, 2268 people in 82 classes including arts, science, engineering, economics, management, medicine and education were investigated. The subjects were self-filling “Mental Health Questionnaire” and “Symptoms Self-rating Scale (SCL-90) ”, using SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. [Results] The results of SCL-90 score showed that the mental health level of college students in Haidian District in Beijing was slightly higher than that of the national average, but lower than the national average. Compared with other major students of liberal arts, the only children compared with non-only children , The former are more mental health problems than the latter; interpersonal communication barriers, emotional problems and learning pressure are the main factors that affect students’ mental health. [Conclusion] The interpersonal communicative competence of college students should be highly valued and the ability of coping with external pressure should be cultivated. Compared with other subject students, the psychology problems of liberal arts students and only children are more conspicuous. Some pertinent intervention measures are needed.
