目的探讨老年超重非体外循环冠状动脉(冠脉)搭桥术患者呼吸系统的围手术期护理。方法 213例老年超重非体外循环冠脉搭桥术患者,采用系统的围手术期护理方法 ,以改善患者心肺功能,并观察护理效果。结果 213例患者均顺利渡过手术,术后发生呼吸系统并发症3例,经治疗痊愈出院。结论在术前进行细致的准备,在患者手术后进行针对性的有效护理,降低了手术并发症,减少患者死亡率,是促进患者早日康复的重要工作。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of the respiratory system in elderly patients with over-the-counter coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 213 elderly patients with over-the-counter off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting were treated with systematic perioperative nursing to improve their cardiopulmonary function and to observe the nursing effect. Results All 213 patients were surgically operated and 3 cases of respiratory complications occurred after operation. All patients were discharged after treatment. Conclusions Careful preparation before operation, targeted and effective nursing after operation, reduce the complications and reduce the mortality of patients is an important task to promote the early recovery of patients.
