随着新课程改革的不断推进,教师所面临的挑战日益增多也日益复杂,因此,他们十分希望能借助同行们的智慧,理清头绪、消除困惑,找到科学的应对策略。而以校为本的研修制度建设,对广大教师调整自己的专业结构和教育教学技能,树立开放的心态和不断进取的意识,促使他们在实践中不断学习、研究和反思,对自己的知识、能力与经验进行整合,并为学校学习型组织的创建和教师的专业发展,无疑是极为有效的。2004年4月,在普陀区教育局办公室唐胜发主任和普陀区教师进修学院周伟灿院长的帮助下,本刊邀请了该区部分中小学校长和书记,就校本研修与教师专业发展这一话题展开讨论。讨论十分热烈,校长们的见解也很有深度,相信能给大家一些启示。本次座谈由《教育发展研究》杂志社黄焱副主编主持。责任编辑翁伟斌、林岚参加了会议。
With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the teachers are faced with more and more complicated challenges. Therefore, they are very hoping to draw on the wisdom of their peers, sort out the clues, eliminate confusion and find a scientific coping strategy. The school-based training system, the majority of teachers to adjust their professional structure and education and teaching skills, establish an open mind and keep making progress in consciousness, prompting them in practice, continuous learning, research and reflection on their own knowledge, The integration of competencies and experience is undoubtedly extremely effective for the creation of school-based learning organizations and the professional development of teachers. In April 2004, with the help of Director Tang Shengfa from the Office of Education Bureau of Putuo District and Dean Zhou Weican from Putuo Teachers’ Training Institute, some principals and secretaries of primary and secondary schools in this area invited to launch the topic of school-based training and teacher professional development discuss.
