从理论与实际结合出发,分析了管道腐蚀后的剩余强度。介绍了目前国际上普遍采用的以美国标准(ANSI/AMSE B31 G)为代表的对管道剩余强度的评价方法,以及该方法在我国管道的适用情况。通过对表面有特定缺陷的不同材质、不同管径的试验管材进行的水压爆破试验,并将爆破试验结果与美国标准中的理论计算结果相比较,验证美国管道法规在我国的适用性。这将对我国长输管道的运行与管理具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the combination of theory and practice, the residual strength after pipeline corrosion is analyzed. This paper introduces the commonly used method of evaluating the residual strength of pipeline, which is represented by American Standard (ANSI / AMSE B31 G), and the application of the method in our country. Through the hydraulic burst test of the test pipe with different material and different diameter on the surface, and comparing the result of the blasting test with the theoretical calculation result of the American standard, the applicability of the American pipeline regulations in our country is verified. This will have a certain reference value for the operation and management of long-distance pipelines in China.
