洪明洋,男,汉族,湖北省天门县人,1957年出生,1982年毕业于中南矿冶学院,大学文化,中共党员。曾担任湖南柿竹园有色金属矿技术员、工程师、团委副书记、分矿矿长,2001年企业整体改制为公司后,任公司副总经理兼财务总监,2002年6月出任公司董事长。 Hongming Yang, male, Han nationality, was born in Tianmen County, Hubei Province in 1957 and graduated from Zhongnan Mining and Metallurgical College in 1982 with a university culture and a member of the Communist Party of China. He used to be a technician, engineer and deputy secretary of League Committee of Hunan Shizhuyuan Non-ferrous Metal Mine. After the company was restructured into a company in 2001, he served as the deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the Company. In June 2002, he served as the chairman of the company.
