中国石油企业协会(以下简称石油企协)2007年度石油企业管理现代化创新成果、优秀论文、优秀著作(行业部级)评审(以下简称“三评”)工作日前已经圆满结束并正式发布。2007年度的“三评”工作在各石油石化会员企业的积极支持和配合下,组织申报的成果、论文和著作在数量和质量上都有很大进步,特别是紧密地围绕国家经济工作的重点,在节能减排、风险管理、跨国经营管理、并购重组与管理整合、数字化管理等方面的成果、论文、著作的比例明显加大。与此同时,会员企业领导对“三评”工作高度重视,不少企业的“一把手”亲自上手,精心组织,深入研究,创造了一批质量上乘、创新元素突出并具有鲜明石油企业特点的成果、论文和著作。石油企协2007年共收到申报成果164项,评出获奖创新成果100项,获奖率为60.5%。其中一等奖14项,占申报总数的8.5%;二等奖28项,占申报总数的17%;三等奖58项,占申报总数的35%。共收到申报论文199篇,经专家认真反复的讨论评审,评出获奖优秀论文140篇,获奖率为70%。其中一等奖16篇,占申报总数的11.1%;二等奖42篇,占申报总数的30%;三等奖82篇,占申报总数的59%。共收到申报著作12部,评出获奖优秀著作11部,获奖率为91%。其中一等奖4部,占申报总数的33%;二等奖3部,占申报总数的25%;三等奖4部,占申报总数的33%。

A total of 12 applications have been received and 11 outstanding works have been awarded with a winning rate of 91%. Among them, 4 were first-class prizes, accounting for 33% of the total number of declarations; 3 second-class prizes, accounting for 25% of the total number of declarations; and 4 third-class prizes, accounting for 33% of the total number of declarations.
