采用“小叶柄胶法”和“叶脉胶法”对人工授粉苗及其衍生无性系的1龄苗进行产量预测。结果表明:用“小叶柄胶法”进行预测,高产有性系个体的选对率达到77.3%,衍生无性系高产品系的选对率达82.6%;其中对高产的漏选率,有性系个体为29.2%,衍生无性系为20.8%;低产的误选率,有性系个体为6.8%,而衍生无性系未发现误选。1龄人工授粉苗的小叶柄胶值与其有性系个体和衍生无性系头5割年平均产量之间呈极显著相关。用“叶脉胶法”进行预测,高产品系选对率,有性系个体达到56.5%,衍生无性系达到58.3%;对高产的漏选率,有性系个体为45.8%,衍生无性系为41.7%;低产的误选率,有性系个体为20.5%,衍生无性系为11.1%。1龄人工授粉苗的叶脉胶等级与其有性系个体和衍生无性系头5割年平均产量之间亦呈极显著相关。
The “Petiole Glue Method” and “Vein Gel Method” were used to predict the first-year seedlings of artificial pollination seedlings and their derived clones. The results showed that the selection rate of individuals with high-yielding sexual lines was 77.3% and the selection rate of high-yielding derived clones was 82.6% by using the “petiole glue” method. Among them, The number of individuals was 29.2% and that of derivative clones was 20.8%. The rate of low yield was 6.8% for individuals with sexual lineages, but no false positives were found in derived clones. The petiole glue value of artificial pollination seedling of age 1 was significantly correlated with the annual average yield of the first five years of individual and derived clones. The “Vein Gel Method” was used to predict the rate of selection of high-yielding products. The percentage of high-yielding products was 56.5% for the sexual lines and 58.3% for the derived clones. The rate of high-yielding missed selection was 45.8% 41.7%. The low-yielding false positive rate was 20.5% for sexual lineage and 11.1% for derived lineage. There was also a significant correlation between the leaf gum grades of artificial pollination seedlings of the first instar and the average annual yield of the first five years between the individual and the derived clones.
