学风是学校事业长久发展的命脉,因此,学风建设的探讨也是各级学校永恒的话题。笔者通过在机电工程技术学院师生中的问卷调查、学生座谈、走访班主任、辅导员等学生管理人员形式,了解我院学风建设存在的主要问题及根源,充分结合自身学生管理工作经验,积极探索构建良好学风的有效途径,并以机电工程技术学院学风建设为例,浅谈高职院校学风建设的感想。
The style of study is the lifeblood of the long-term development of the school. Therefore, the study of the construction of style of study is also the eternal topic of schools at all levels. The author through the questionnaire survey among teachers and students in the College of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, student seminars, visits to class teachers, counselors and other student management personnel to understand the main problems and root causes of the construction of study style in our college, fully integrate their own student management experience and actively explore Build a good style of learning an effective way, and in the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Institute of style construction as an example, talk about the construction of study style in higher vocational colleges.
