环核苷酸作为免疫细胞第二信使,对免疫功能的调节起着重要作用。本文采用放免分析法测定健康献血员、慢性胃炎和胃癌患者外周血单个核细胞cAMP水平,结果表明胃癌患者外周血单个核细胞cAMP水平显著低于另2组(P<0.05),并且随胃癌临床分期越晚,其cAMP值下降越明显。结果提示单个核细胞内cAMP的变化可作为一项有用的免疫指标以观察胃癌患者的免疫状态,对预测胃癌患者的病情也有帮助。
Cyclic nucleotides, as the second messenger of immune cells, play an important role in the regulation of immune function. In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to determine cAMP levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in healthy blood donors, chronic gastritis and gastric cancer patients. The results showed that cAMP levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with gastric cancer were significantly lower than those in the other two groups (P <0.05) The later the staging, the more obvious decline in cAMP value. The results suggest that the change of cAMP in mononuclear cells can be used as a useful immunological indicator to observe the immune status of patients with gastric cancer and predict the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
