对库区进行淤积测量,一般是用地形测量法或断面测量法施测库区水上、水下部分的地形,据以算出水库的淤积量。但如果对水下地形测量方法不当,将会引起很大误差,使淤测前功尽弃。 昭平台水库于1979年进行了第一次淤积测量,因当时经验不足,使对水下部分的断面测量用时较长,计算较繁。1987年对库区平面控制网进行了第二次淤积测量,对水上部分,采用经纬仪确定断面方向、水准仪测高程、钢尺量距的
