为提高我国标准物质的研制水平,总结标准物质研制与应用技术方面的经验,为1988年在我国举办国际标准学术讨论会打下基础,中国计量测试学会标准物质专业委员会与中国金属学会理化检验学会拟于1986年11月在重庆联合举办本次学术讨论会希望从事这方面工作的技术工作者,总结研究试验成果,积极撰写论文参加交流。
In order to improve the level of research and development of standard materials in China and summarize the experience in the development and application of standard materials, we laid the foundation for the convening of international standard academic seminars in China in 1988. The Committee of Standards and Materials of China Society for Metrology and the Institute of Physical and Chemical Testing of China Metals Society In November 1986, this symposium held in Chongqing jointly hoped to carry out the work of technical workers, summarize the research results, and actively write papers to participate in the exchange.
