“也许你们大部分都来了,因为你们认为值得来,但愿这不是唯一的理由,”这番话是Karen Harrison 在8月份由CMA(加拿大医学会)举行的年会上,就与患者交流问题进行的专题讨论会上说的。Harrison 是温哥华的一位人际交流方面的顾问。她说,面临越来越激烈的竞争、在更需要患者的情况下,如果医生打算开辟自己的业务领地,与患者进行良好的交流就有至关重要的意义。“很简单,你不进行交流,你就会失去患者”。
“Maybe you’ve come mostly because you think it’s worth it, but hopefully this is not the only reason,” Karen Harrison talked to the patient at the annual meeting of the CMA (Canadian Medical Association) in August. Speaking at the symposium on the issue. Harrison is a consultant in Vancouver for human communication. She said that in the face of increasingly fierce competition and more need of patients, if doctors intend to open up their business territory, good communication with patients is of crucial importance. “It’s simple, you don’t communicate, you lose the patient.”
