目的探讨少、弱、畸形精子症以及精子头部形态缺陷和精子核成熟性的关系。方法2005年3月至2005年7月329例不孕不育患者(其中少精子症患者50例、弱精子症52例、畸形精子症83例)分别采用精液常规检查、精液改良巴氏染色检查以及精液苯胺蓝染色检查。结果①少精子症组患者精液苯胺蓝染色阳性率的中位数为12%(P=0.035),弱精子症组为8%(P=0.947),畸形精子症组为10%(P=0.033)。②少精子症患者精液苯胺蓝染色阳性率与锥形头畸形呈正相关(r=0.635),畸形精子症患者精液苯胺蓝染色阳性率与大头、小头呈正相关(r=0.368、0.304),而和梨形头畸形呈负相关(r=-0.396)。结论少精子症患者和畸形精子症患者中核未成熟精子比例增加,精子头部形态中大头、小头和锥形头畸形与核未成熟精子正相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between oligo, weak and deformity sperm disorders, sperm head morphological defects and sperm nuclear maturation. Methods From March 2005 to July 2005, 329 infertility patients (including 50 cases of oligozoospermia, 52 cases of asthenospermia and 83 cases of malformation sperm) were randomly divided into three groups: semen routine examination, semen modified Pap test As well as semen aniline staining. Results ① The positive rate of aniline blue staining was 12% (P = 0.035) in oligospermia patients, 8% in asthenospermia patients (P = 0.947) and 10% in malformation sperm patients (P = 0.033 ). ② The positive rate of aniline blue staining of spermatozoa in patients with oligospermia was positively correlated with conical head deformity (r = 0.635). The positive rate of aniline blue staining in sperm with abnormal sperm was positively correlated with head and head (r = 0.368, 0.304) And pear head deformity was negatively correlated (r = -0.396). Conclusion The proportion of immature spermatozoa in patients with oligospermia and deformity spermatozoon increased. The head, small head and conical head deformity in sperm head morphology were positively correlated with nuclear unripe sperm.
