技能人才是人才队伍建设的基石,技能人才的创新水平直接影响了整个企业乃至国家的创新实力。用分布式认知理论分析宝钢集团技能人才创新培养过程,发现创新认知分布于参与者工具、环境和文化等多种情境中,创新意识在企业及社会营造的多种情境中应运而生,系统的创新教育体系,创新理论方法的引进能够增加创新思路。因此,为托起企业创新之梦,需抓好基层技能人才培养这个抓手,动员多方主体共同推进技能人才创新培养,积极营造企业创新教育氛围与平台。
Skilled talented people are the cornerstone of the building of a contingent of qualified personnel. The level of innovation of skilled personnel has a direct impact on the innovative power of the entire enterprise and even the country. Using distributed cognition theory to analyze the process of innovation and cultivation of skilled personnel in Baosteel Group, we found that innovation cognition is distributed in a variety of contexts such as participant tools, environment and culture. The innovation consciousness came into being in many situations created by enterprises and society, System of innovative education system, the introduction of innovative theoretical methods to increase innovative thinking. Therefore, in order to take up the dream of enterprise innovation, we must grasp the grassroots skills training as a starting point, and mobilize the multi-disciplinary parties to jointly promote innovation and training of skilled personnel, and actively create a business innovation education atmosphere and platform.
