2005年10月31日上午，历时五个月的第十届“深圳市十大杰出青年”评选揭晓，深圳市红十字会无偿献血志愿工作者服务队志愿服务分rrrrrrrrrn队副队长，全国“无偿献血奉献奖”金奖和我国“无偿献血促进奖”获得者，39岁的红十字会志愿工作者高教和其它九位在各领域业绩斐然、贡献突出的优秀青年走上领奖台，在鲜花和掌声中从深圳市市委副书记白天手里接过了“深圳市十大杰出青年”奖杯和证书。上午11点，广东省委常委，深圳市市委书记李鸿忠，市委副书记白天等领导看望了高敏等深圳青年代表，并代表市委、市政府向他们获得殊荣表示祝贺。 资料链接：1997年5月，高敏从老家山东省商河县来深圳市罗湖区帮妹妹带小孩，做家务。她进进出出经常看到市血液中心在罗湖东门步行街停放的献血车，献血车上“捐血救人、爱我深圳”的标语，给了她很大的触动，从而她内心蒙生了捐血的渴望，但又有所顾虑。在抱着献一次试试看的心态下，1997年11月2日，她约了几位老乡一同登上了献血车，同行的几个老乡都吓跑了，而她自己却留下来献了200毫升全血。从此，她坚持每隔三、四个月就到献血站或车捐一次血．献过两次后她发现有很多人都是一次献血400毫升，随后，她也由每次献血200毫升，晋升到每次献血400毫升。1999年8月，她从采血车上的医生耶里得知，除了献全血之外，还有一种比较先进的献血方式，叫机采成分献血。在机采成分献血中，目前深圳医疗临床需求最多的是机采血小板。从此她每隔一个月就到血液中心捐一次机采血小板，一捎就是六年，从不间断，为深圳市无偿献血工作的“四个转变”做出了巨大的贡献。
