2013年中央提出,作为第一个国家自主创新示范区,中关村要加快向具有全球影响力的科技创新中心进军,为在全国实施创新驱动发展战略更好发挥示范引领作用。这既是对中关村实现跨越发展的期望,更是对其带领中国转型到以创新驱动和技术驱动为主的发展模式的战略要求。
In 2013, the Central Government proposed that Zhongguancun, as the first demonstration area of national independent innovation, should speed up its march toward a science and technology innovation center with global influence and play a better exemplary role in implementing an innovation-driven development strategy nationwide. This is not only an expectation of achieving a leapfrog development of Zhongguancun, but also a strategic requirement for it to lead China’s transition to a development model that is mainly driven by innovation and technology.
