目的:为研究日本血吸虫(中国大陆株)22.6kDa抗原的免疫保护性。方法:将其编码cDNA经PCR扩增后亚克隆入载体质粒PGEX—1λt进行表达,并用重组抗原免疫了一批昆明鼠。结果:与对照组相比,重组抗原免疫小鼠获得了38.93%的减虫率。结论:证明重组的日本血吸虫22.6kDa抗原可诱导宿主抗血吸虫感染的部分保护力。
Objective: To study the immunoprotection of 22.6kDa antigen of Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese mainland strain). Methods: The cDNA encoding it was subcloned into vector pGEX-1λt after PCR amplification, and a group of Kunming mice were immunized with the recombinant antigen. Results: Compared with the control group, mice immunized with recombinant antigen achieved a worm reduction rate of 38.93%. CONCLUSIONS: It was demonstrated that the recombinant Schistosoma japonicum 22.6 kDa antigen can induce partial protection of the host against infection by schistosomiasis.
