文章对农村县乡医疗机构不合理转诊进行了分析。结果表明，县乡医疗机构不合理转诊的主要表现是患者盲目要求转诊及仅有向上转诊，其原因主要是医疗机构经济利益驱动和医疗保健制度不健全。建议通过建立转诊机构利益机制、开展合作医疗、加强转诊信息沟通、加强转诊的行政管理纠正不合理转诊行为。
The article analyzes the unreasonable referral of medical institutions in rural counties and villages. The results show that the main performance of unreasonable referral of medical institutions in county and townships is that patients blindly request referral and only have upward referral. The main reason is that the medical institutions are driven by economic interests and the health care system is not perfect. It is recommended that unreasonable referral be corrected by establishing a referral institution’s interest mechanism, carrying out cooperative medical treatment, strengthening referral information communication, and strengthening the administrative management of referral.
