胜利油田孤岛采油厂近年来开始使用渣油作为燃料 ,在使用过程中发现 ,由于渣油特性所限 ,燃烧状况不佳 ,经济效益变差 ,影响湿蒸汽发生器的正常运行。为解决以上问题 ,确定了课题优化渣油运行参数。通过改善渣油燃烧状况 ,改造燃油预热流程 ,严格控制预热温度 ,并针对添加剂加入量 ,最终达到改善渣油燃烧状况的目的。 In recent years, Shengli Oilfield Gudao Oilfield began to use residual oil as fuel, and found that due to the limited properties of residual oil, poor combustion conditions and poor economic benefits affect the normal operation of the wet steam generator.
