以宝钢二连铸50t“T型”中间包为研究对象,采用有限差分方法,计算了中间包的三维流场、温度场及量纲为1的夹杂物浓度的分布,分析了中间包的内部结构、中间包钢水液面高度及夹杂物当量直径对夹杂物排出率的影响.结果表明,双坝、堰“T型”中间包对夹杂物上浮十分有利.
Taking Baotou Steel’s second continuous casting 50 t “t-type” tundish as the research object, the finite difference method was used to calculate the three-dimensional flow field, temperature field and the concentration distribution of the inclusions with the dimension of 1 in the tundish. Structure, the height of molten steel in the tundish and the equivalent diameter of inclusions on the discharge rate of inclusions.The results show that the “T” tundish of the double dam and weir is very favorable for the inclusion floating up.
