以甘肃省某一级公路为依托工程,研究了CFG桩在河谷低阶地湿软地基加固中的应用。选择代表性路段,结合地质钻探资料,经方案比选,开展CFG桩复合地基加固设计。通过试桩检测复合地基和单桩承载力、桩身强度及完整性。探讨材料要求及施工注意事项并总结了CFG桩在河谷低阶地湿软地基加固中应用的成功和失败经验。研究结果表明:CFG桩在河谷低阶地饱和厚软地基加固处治效果明显,具有广泛的推广价值。
Based on the project of a highway in Gansu Province, the application of CFG pile in wet and soft foundation reinforcement of low terrace in river valley was studied. Select representative sections, combined with geological drilling data, through the program comparison and selection, CFG pile composite foundation reinforcement design. Test the bearing capacity, pile body strength and integrity of composite foundation and single pile by test pile. The material requirements and construction precautions were discussed and the successful and unsuccessful CFG piles applied in the consolidation of wet and soft foundation in the lower terrace of the river valley were summarized. The results show that CFG piles have a good effect in strengthening and treating thick soft ground with low saturation in the valley, which has a wide range of promotion value.
