地方高校汉语国际教育专业人才培养模式的教育管理理念、人才培养模式、课程设置、师资力量、考评方式等机制的滞后必将影响其对创新性应用人才的培养。因此,地方高校应该重新创设新的要素,更好地构建当前我国地方高校汉语国际教育专业创新性人才的培养机制,达到协同培养人才的目的。
The lag in the educational management concepts, personnel training mode, curriculum setup, teacher resources, evaluation methods and other mechanisms of the training mode of Chinese international education professionals in local colleges and universities will inevitably affect their training of innovative application talents. Therefore, local colleges and universities should re-create new elements and better construct the training mechanism of innovative talents of Chinese and international education in local universities in our country.
