三氟乙基苯胺衍生物是重要的有机合成中间体和生命活性物质。其合成一般是以苯胺和六氟丙酮为起始原料,经过亲电加成、酰化和还原三步反应。本文研究了这三步反应。
Trifluoroethyl aniline derivatives are important organic synthesis intermediates and life-active substances. The synthesis is generally aniline and hexafluoroacetone as the starting material, after electrophilic addition, acylation and reduction three-step reaction. This article studies the three-step reaction.
