企业文化是企业在发展过程中,依靠自身发展的历史经验和不断增强的管理水平,形成的一种具有自身特色的管理模式,是社会文化和企业实践的相结合的产物。本篇论文首先阐述了华为企业文化的发展历程,然后利用调研分析华为企业文化的现状,接着借用SWOT分析工具对华为企业文化建设进行探讨,最后,根据企业文化建设的基本要求提出相应的策略。本文从实际出发,以研究华为企业文化建设为主线,希望能给华为企业文化的发展提供一些建议。
Corporate culture is a kind of management mode with its own characteristics formed by the historical experience of its own development and the ever-increasing level of management in the course of its development. It is a product of the combination of social culture and enterprise practice. This paper first elaborates the development of Huawei’s corporate culture, then uses the research to analyze the current situation of Huawei’s corporate culture, and then explores Huawei’s corporate culture by means of SWOT analysis tools. Finally, according to the basic requirements of corporate culture, this article proposes corresponding strategies. This article from the reality, to study Huawei’s corporate culture as the main line, hoping to provide some suggestions for the development of Huawei’s corporate culture.
