缓解当前医患矛盾、维护医院与患者双方之间利益的有效途径,就是医疗责任保险。随着我国经济的不断发展,我国医疗事业在不断地进步,但是各个医院的医疗责任保险在发展过程当中存在着诸多的问题。因此,笔者针对医院管理中激励机制的应用进行分析,希望可以促进我国医疗责任保险的不断发展。
To alleviate the current contradiction between doctors and patients and to maintain the interests of both hospitals and patients an effective way, is the medical liability insurance. With the constant development of economy in our country, the medical cause of our country is making continuous improvement, but there are many problems in the development of medical liability insurance in various hospitals. Therefore, the author analyzes the application of incentive mechanism in hospital management, hoping to promote the continuous development of medical liability insurance in our country.
