由于工作的需要,我们经常需要焊接直径在35公厘以下长而薄的管子,例如用做手推率率架和草把的管子等。这些管子都是用低碳钢卷成的。通常我们总是将管子平放在工作台上施焊(如图1),这样很容易偏弧,电弧不稳定,经常烧穿,使得焊接質量非常不好。后来发现,照图1那样放置的长管,当电弧在管子的左段时,电弧永远是偏斜向左;当电弧在管子的中段时,电弧不稳定,也经常偏斜向左;当电弧在右段时,则电弧很稳定,也不偏斜。
Due to the needs of our work, we often need to weld long and thin pipes up to 35 mm in diameter, for example, pipes used for the rate racks and grass handles. These tubes are made of mild steel. Usually we always put the pipe flat on the workbench (Figure 1), it is easy to arc, the arc is unstable, often burn through, making the welding quality is not good. Later, it was found that the long tube, as shown in Fig. 1, was always skewed to the left when the arc was in the left section of the tube. When the arc was in the middle of the tube, the arc was unstable and often skewed to the left. In the right section, the arc is stable and not skewed.
