2-(2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚的卤代衍生物用于某些过渡金属离子的光度分析已获得良好结果。本文报告用2-(5-氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(简称5-Cl-PADAP)作钴的显色剂,较系统地研究了形成1:2的钴(Ⅱ)-5-CI-PADAP 蓝紫色络合物的最佳条件和其它离子对钴测定的影响。本法最大优点是在 pH4.5条件下,当加入适当掩蔽剂及在显色后,用硫酸酸化,钴络合物仍能保持其稳定性。方法的选择性能极大地提高,并有较高的灵敏度,此点与钴试剂(5-Cl-PADAB)相似。用本法直接测定钢铁中微量钴,结果准确,精密度良好。
Halogenated derivatives of 2- (2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol have achieved good results for the photometric analysis of certain transition metal ions. This paper reports the use of 2- (5-chloro-2-pyridylazo) -5-diethylaminophenol (referred to as 5-Cl-PADAP) as a chromogenic reagent for cobalt to systematically study the formation of a 1: 2 cobalt Ⅱ) -5-CI-PADAP blue purple complexes and other ions on the determination of cobalt. The greatest advantage of this method is that at pH 4.5, the cobalt complex retains its stability when added with a suitable masking agent and acidified with sulfuric acid after color development. The selectivity of the method is greatly improved and has higher sensitivity, similar to the cobalt reagent (5-Cl-PADAB). The method of direct determination of trace cobalt in steel, the result is accurate, good precision.
