江苏省江阴市华西实验学校初中语文组是一个生机勃勃、富有潜质的语文教研组。全组13名教师中青年教师就有8人,占62%,充满青春活力。全组教师同心协力,刻苦钻研,成果显著:2人分别获无锡市课堂教学一等奖、江阴市青年教师大比武一等奖;2人分别被评为无锡市教学新秀、江阴市教坛新星;教研组集体被评为无锡市基层教研组巾帼示范岗。
Jiangsu Jiangyin Huaxi Experimental School junior high school language group is a vibrant, full of potential language teaching and research group. The whole group of 13 teachers in young teachers there are 8 people, accounting for 62%, full of youthful vitality. The whole group of teachers work together and assiduously, with notable achievements. Two of them won the first prize of Wuxi City Class Teaching and the first prize of Jiangyin Young Teachers Competition respectively. Two of them were rated as teaching rookies in Wuxi City, ; Teaching and research group was awarded the collective grass-roots teaching and research team in Wuxi City, women's demonstration unit.
