用不同离子浓度的硝酸铅(0.01,0.10,1.00,5.00,10.00,100.00mg/L)对小麦根尖进行染毒处理6h和12h,观察小麦根尖细胞的微核率?有丝分裂指数和染色体畸变情况.结果表明:在相同Pb2+浓度下,随染毒时间的延长,细胞微核率增加,有丝分裂指数逐渐降低;在相同染毒时间下,随着Pb2+浓度的增加,细胞的微核率逐渐增加,有丝分裂指数逐渐降低.在一些有丝分裂的细胞中,出现滞后染色体、染色体桥和断片等,说明硝酸铅对小麦具有遗传毒害作用.
The root tip of wheat was exposed to different concentrations of lead nitrate (0.01,0.10,1.00,5.00,10.00,100.00mg / L) for 6h and 12h to observe the micronucleus rate, mitotic index and chromosome aberration .The results showed that the micronucleus rate and the mitotic index decreased with the increase of Pb2 + concentration at the same Pb2 + concentration. The micronucleus rate increased with the increase of Pb2 + concentration at the same exposure time , Mitotic index gradually decreased in some mitotic cells, there are hysteresis chromosomes, chromosome bridges and fragments, indicating that lead nitrate genetically toxic to wheat.
