成年SD大鼠分为两组,其中实验组用“Y”型迷宫训练,使其建立回避性条件反射;对照组不进行训练。引导并记录两组实验动物尾核头部单位自发放电,观察给予非条件刺激(电震)和条件刺激(灯光)后尾核单位放电的变化。结果显示实验组在给予条件刺激后,尾核单位自发放电出现明显减频效应,与对照组比较有极显著差异。提示尾核头部神经元活动的抑制与回避性条件反射的建立和进行有关。
Adult SD rats were divided into two groups, of which the experimental group was trained with “Y” maze to make avoidance reflex; the control group did not train. The spontaneous discharges of caudate nucleus of two experimental animals were induced and recorded. The changes of discharges of caudate nucleus after unconditioned stimulation (electrical shock) and conditioned stimulation (light) were observed. The results showed that the experimental group given conditional stimulation, the spontaneous discharge of the caudate nucleus significantly reduced frequency effect, compared with the control group were significantly different. Tip caudate nucleus head neuron activity inhibition and avoidance conditional reflex established and carried out.
