By using the ultrasonic focusing probe, the end-point diffraction method and the wave height comparison method are used to measure the depth of the chicken claw-like cracks in the inner wall of the heating furnace tube during the high temperature operation more accurately, which provides a reliable basis for the safety evaluation of the furnace tube.
