中国共产党在政治、思想和组织上对军队实行绝对领导,是毛泽东建军思想的核心内容,是我军建设的根本原则。半个多世纪以来,我军之所以能够从无到有,从小到大,从弱到强,从胜利走向胜利,根本原因就是坚持了党对军队的绝对领导。值此纪念中国共产党建党70周年之际,回顾我军在党领导下走过的光辉历程,总结党对军队实行绝对领导的历史经验,对于我军保持无产阶级性质,做到政治上永远合格,充分发挥在反侵略、反颠覆,巩固人民民主专政,建设社会主义现代化中的作用,具有极为重要的意义。
The absolute leadership of the Chinese Communist Party in the political, ideological and organizational work on the PLA is the core content of Mao Zedong’s idea of building the military and the fundamental principle of our military’s construction. For more than half a century, the fundamental reason why our military has been able to develop from scratch, from small to large, from weak to strong, and from victory to victory has always insisted on the party’s absolute leadership over the army. On the occasion of commemorating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, we reviewed the glorious course our army had under the leadership of the party, summed up the party’s historical experience of absolutely leading the army, maintained the proletarian nature of our army and always qualified politically, Give full play to the role of anti-aggression, anti-subversion, consolidation of the people’s democratic dictatorship and building of socialist modernization. This is of great significance.
