高模量沥青混凝可以有效降低车辆荷栽引起的沥青混凝土塑性变形,具有较好的高温抗车辙能力,在我国高等级公路和城市交叉口路段得到越来越多地应用。通过对北京六环快速路大修工程中高模量沥青混凝土应用技术的分析,指出高模量混合料的级配可遵循我国常用的AC型沥青混合料级配,并通过添加高模量添加剂的方式制备高模量沥青混凝土。PRM高模量沥青混凝土的室内性能测试结果表明,掺加0.7%PRM添加剂的高模量沥青混凝土高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性等路用性能指标均能满足规范的要求,特别是其高温稳定性得到大幅提高。工程试验路的检测结果也得出了相同的结论,表明掺加PRM添加剂的高模量沥青混凝土能够适应当前道路交通的需求,具有良好的应用前景。
