糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的治疗,目前尚缺乏有效的手段,长期应用胰岛素治疗,对控制血糖水平虽具有较可靠的疗效,但不能有效的控制临庆 DN 患者病情进展。现代研究证实,高血糖、高凝状态、自由基代谢紊乱对 DN 病情的进展起重要作用。我们从控制血糖、改善高凝状态及防止氧化损伤角度出发,拟糖肾合剂配合胰岛素治疗,通过临床观察,疗效满意,现报告如下。
