邯郸热电厂粉煤灰大部分采用湿排方式排出,颗粒粗,烧失量和含水量大,达不到GB1596—91中所规定的品质指标。已建起的电除尘设备排灰价格高,粒径也只能达到Ⅲ级灰的标准,难以在建筑工程中推广应用。我们对该厂湿灰,进行了磨细应用研究。现仅就其对砼强度的影响进行讨论。一、试验材料与方法采用原料包括:525号普通水泥和425号矿渣水泥;中细砂,细度模数为2.1~2.3;石子为5~30mm 碎石和湿排粉煤灰,该粉煤灰品质指标列入表1:
