男,22岁,因脚癣感染后出现颜面及双下肢水肿,尿少3天于1978年4月9日入院。既往无肾炎病史。体查:体温36.5℃、脉搏80次、血压102/64;神志清,眼睑及面部水肿,巩膜无黄染,咽部不充血,扁桃体不肿大。心肺未见异常,肝脾未触及。双足背呈凹陷性水肿。血白细胞8.1×10~9/L,中性粒细胞64％,淋巴细胞27％,嗜酸性细胞9%,红细胞5.32×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白152g/L。尿比重1.021,蛋白册,镜检白细胞1～2/HP,无管型。
Male, 22 years old, due to athlete’s foot infection and facial lower extremity edema, urine less 3 days in April 9, 1978 admission. No previous history of nephritis. Physical examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 80 times, blood pressure 102/64; clear mind, eyelid and facial edema, scleral no yellow dye, throat is not congestion, tonsil does not enlarge. Heart and lung no abnormalities, liver and spleen not touched. Bipedal depression was edema. 8.1 × 10 ~ 9 / L of white blood cells, 64% of neutrophils, 27% of lymphocytes, 9% of eosinophils, 5.32 × 10 ~ (12) / L of erythrocytes and 152g / L of hemoglobin. Urine specific gravity 1.021, albumin, microscopic examination of leukocytes 1 ~ 2 / HP, no tube.
