杭政函[2016]42号各区、县(市)人民政府,市政府各部门、各直属单位:为推进体育强市建设,加快发展体育产业,有效促进体育消费,丰富群众体育生活,提高市民身体素质,根据《国务院关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的若干意见》(国发[2014]46号)和《浙江省人民政府关于加快发展体育产业促进体育消费的实施意见》(浙政发[2015]19号)等文件精神,现就加快发展我市体育产业,促进体育消费提出以下意见。
People’s Government of all districts and counties (municipalities), municipal departments and subordinate units of Hangzhenghan [2016] No. 42: In order to promote the construction of a strong sports market, accelerate the development of the sports industry, effectively promote the consumption of sports, enrich the sports life of the masses, (Guo Fa [2014] No. 46) issued by the State Council and the Opinions of Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption (Zhejiang Zhengfa [ 2015] No. 19) and other documents, we hereby express the following opinions on accelerating the development of the sports industry and promoting the consumption of sports in our city.
